AMEK Engineering is a national company providing first class building services to the commercial industry.
An opportunity exists for a Key Account Facilitator to join our Perth team on a full-time basis. Candidates must be motivated, passionate and reliable.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Managing Service Contracts in an efficient and diligent manner 
· Liaising with clients and ensure client KPI’s and target are being achieved with a high standard of customer service.
· Managing & coordinating of service calls, maintenance & project works 
· Manage Client and internal compliance systems
· Resolving customer complaints and job issues
· Preparations and submission of quotations
· Efficient scheduling of technical field staff
· Managing & coordinating of subcontractors to ensure jobs are attended and completed in a timely manner
· Monthly reporting and attendance to client meetings
· Managing and ensuring asset registers are accurate and up to date
Skill Requirements:
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
· Highly organised and able to prioritise & multitask
· Ability to manage working under pressure whilst maintaining a professional standard of conduct
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· High levels of phone handling, customer service and interpersonal skills
· Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
· Experience in similar roles or administration duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
