Legal and Integrity Support Officer
- Maximum term part time contract (19 hrs per week) for 12 months based in Stirling, Western Australia

About the Position
Join our Governance Business Unit and assist the Legal and Integrity Officer in providing high-level support and advice to the City’s business units. You will be involved in legal administration, processing complex freedom of information applications, and maintaining the City’s Legal FAQ Database.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and advise various business units on legal services
- Review and implement local laws, policies, and procedures
- Process complex freedom of information applications
- Maintain databases, files, Share Point pages, and work sheets
- Conduct legal research and complete administrative tasks

- Relevant degree qualification and/or experience in law or legal studies
- TAFE certificate in administration or equivalent experience (desirable)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Well-developed analytical and research skills
- Intermediate skills using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Current National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
