More about what you’ll do


We are currently looking for an energetic IT Support Officer to join our team. You will become a valuable member of our IT Helpdesk and provide Level 1 technical support working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for IT systems and ERP modules.
  • Provide technical support for Windows, Mac and Mobile systems
  • Supporting onsite and remote Customers through multiple channels
  • Good attention to detail and a focus on Customer Service.
  • Logging, escalation, tracking and timely resolution of issues
  • Provisioning, configuration and maintenance of hardware
  • Provide After-hours support on a rotating roster
More about you


You have strong communication and customer service skills, with an excellent phone manner and high attention to detail. You possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently. You are a self starter and are keen to continue learning more skills. You will need to have at least 6 months experience in a similar role.



The ideal applicant will also possess the following:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work within SLA’s
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to work within a team environment onsite and remotely
Essential Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Windows Desktop Environment including Active Directory
  • Able to support desktops, laptops, printer and mobile devices.
  • Experience with Office 365 Suite including Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work to deadlines and meet SLA’s
  • ITIL Foundation
Non-Essential Technical Skills, but a plus:
  • Jira Service Desk, Manage Engine
  • Exposure to ERP platforms
  • Experience with LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi networks and VOIP systems.
Education:
  • TAFE diploma or University degree equivalent
