The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager to deliver a warehouse automation solution and WMS integration as part of our Logistics Automation Roadmap. Be part of our exciting transformation projects at Bega Group!

This role is an 18-month fixed term with a view to go permanent. The role will be involved with a number of automation solutions, this opportunity is also part of the transition to BAU working to continuously improve our automation system and integrations.

This would be a great opportunity for a BA or Systems Specialist to step into a Project Manager role. You will be well supported and a chance to develop your PM skills working with an energetic automation team.

Responsibilities

Execute and deliver to project business cases already approved
Manage the design, test and building phase of the project
Optimise the warehouse operations to streamline the handling of products into the marketplace
Engage with a wide range of key stakeholders to ensure automation solutions are appropriate and fit for purpose
Monitor and support automation implementations to ensure sustained operational effectiveness

About you

Tertiary Qualifications Logistics and Supply Chain, Project Management or IT discipline
Knowledge of Logistics Automation technology
Experience in projects and implementation in a logistics/warehousing/ or FMCG environment
System integration/migration project management experience in a complex environment
Experience in WMS functional design, WMS implementations, WMS selection and process and logistics solutions (desirable
