About the role

The Logistics Warehousing System Coordinator provides system support to WMS system users and facilitates process improvement supported by use of the WMS throughout the business. We are looking for an experienced WMS support coordinator to be the expert and provide 1st point of contact for all 6 Distribution Centre sites nationally for any technical issues. Some of our DC sites operate 24/6 so we need someone flexible to be on-call and on rare occasions require to do some weekend work for priority 1 issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide BAU support, root cause analysis, and maintenance for Bega’s Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Lead the software setup and configuration for WMS implementation at new sites.
Analysis of business processes to recommend best practices for WMS adaptation and training.
Engage with key stakeholders to capture and prioritise support requirements and Continuous Improvement opportunities.
Work with vendor and IT teams to implement software enhancements.

About you:

Must have experience supporting WMS – ‘Paperless WMS’ is highly regarded.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Logistics and Warehouse Management processes.
Proficiency in ERP Systems (SAP preferred) and general IT computing skills.
Ability to manage training for logistics systems changes and work with project teams for upgrades or implementation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
