Misty Pot, a café and Korean restaurant located near North Melbourne Station in West Melbourne, is seeking a manager (or supervisor).
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years or more of experience working in cafés or restaurants in Australia. They should possess a strong service mindset and be able to train entry-level staff. Experience with café beverages, including coffee, and kitchen operations is a plus, though full training will be provided for all necessary tasks after starting the role.
Shifts are allocated according to the business hours roster.
Operating hours:
- Morning: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM (Mon-Fri)
- Lunch: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Mon-Sat)
- Dinner: 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM (Mon-Thurs) and until 10 PM on Fri-Sat.
Part-time positions will offer around 30 hours per week, while full-time positions range from 40-50 hours. We prefer salary payment, but hourly pay is also available depending on experience and circumstances.
Wages are determined based on the legal minimum wage, considering experience and qualifications, and comply with Fair Work guidelines regarding superannuation and leave entitlements.
