- Support team leads in achieving project goals, identify learning opportunities, and ensure high performance across the team.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies within the program, ensuring appropriate prioritisation and escalation where needed.
- Maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation to support effective governance and decision-making.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with demonstrated experience in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will have strong people management skills and the ability to navigate public sector frameworks and compliance requirements. Experience in a regulatory and/or public sector environment will be highly regarded.
Key Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Relevant professional qualifications in law, compliance, project management, or related fields will be highly regarded.
- Competitive salary with 12.75% superannuation contributions and 17.5% annual leave loading.
- A 36.25-hour workweek with flexible arrangements to support your work-life balance.
- Generous leave entitlements and salary packaging options.
- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
- Free on-site parking and a supportive, inclusive workplace focused on your well-being.
