Marketing Assistant

PEN Catering is Sydney’s premier corporate caterer,, servicing the Sydney metropolitan area with a mission to offer high-quality food and beverages alongside excellent service. Over the last decade PEN Catering has built an outstanding reputation, significantly growing year-on-year to cement itself as a leader in the industry. Based in Neutral Bay and operating out of our commercial kitchen, PEN Catering is looking to expand our team and achieve large growth.
PEN Catering is currently seeking a junior marketing assistant to assist with sales, quotes, event bookings, lead generation, relationship and database management. The successful applicant will work within our team based at our Neutral Bay office and will directly work alongside our marketing manager.
The role of the successful applicant will encompass a wide range of marketing responsibilities that will help drive business growth and support the achievement of company goals.
Skills and Qualifications

Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate with clients.
Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data and making data-driven decisions.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.

Ideal hours are 8:30am till 5pm Monday to Friday. We also have other marketing roles available with more flexible hours. If you are interested in this position, we would love to hear from you.
