Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to elevate our property management business through innovative sales and marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll drive client acquisition and broaden our market reach, with a strong focus on creating new sales channels that target untapped segments and maximize visibility across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and manage advertising campaigns that align with our sales objectives, ensuring effective brand visibility and engagement with our target market.
- Executive Advisory: Collaborate with company leadership to provide strategic guidance on advertising approaches that resonate with our ideal client base and enhance brand presence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agencies, landlords, and developers to drive brand positioning and open new client opportunities.
- Industry Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to represent the company, strengthen our industry presence, and expand our professional network.
- Marketing Production Oversight: Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including overseeing artwork, copywriting, media placement, and ensuring on-time, within-budget campaign delivery.
- Market Insights & Trend Analysis: Analyze consumer data and interpret trends to make informed strategic marketing decisions, ensuring our offerings stay relevant and compelling.
- Research & Business Growth Initiatives: Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities, especially in under-served markets, and support the development of initiatives that drive new business.
- Sales Channel Development: Spearhead the creation of new sales channels to expand our reach, driving accessibility of our services to a broader customer base.
- Comprehensive Marketing Advisory: Advise on core marketing components, including product mix, pricing, promotional strategies, and distribution channels to ensure they align with our business goals and market needs.
- Experience: You bring at least two years of marketing and sales experience, ideally within property management or real estate, with a proven record of developing and implementing effective campaigns that drive growth.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: You’re data-savvy with strong analytical skills, able to derive insights from market data and trends to craft targeted marketing strategies that align with both current demands and emerging opportunities.
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + superannuation
