Role Overview:
Position: Casual Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent for complex bookings
Hours: Flexible shifts (perfect for students!) between 8am-5pm M-F
Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments, manage phone inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a radiography program (students encouraged to apply!).
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with medical software is a plus).
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
