About the Role


Jones Radiology is seeking a people-focused and customer-centric individual to join our Whyalla Hospital clinic; and play a fundamental role in upholding Jones Radiology's brand promise and delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience.


This is a permanent full-time position, with rotating shifts Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm.


Individuals in this role will be predominantly working in-clinic as a Medical Receptionist; however, the roles’ duties include contribution to Booking (Contact Centre) shifts in-clinic between the core hours of 8.15am and 5.00pm.


Upon your commencement, you will be trained to undertake all tasks and deliver Jones Radiology’s exceptional patient experience; but may be asked to attend additional training in Adelaide's CBD (paid travel and accommodation, if required).


Your Role

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties.
• Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and minimise patient effort.
• Cultivate strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in computer systems and multitasking.
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards challenges.
