About the Role
You will be joining our Medical Records Team holding a key responsibility of maintaining patient medical records for the hospital.
In this role:

• You will be rotating duties within the team and have the opportunity to offer general administrative support to other elements of the team from time to time
• In this role, you will report to Clinical Coding Manger and work closely with a supportive small team.

About You
To succeed in this role you will bring a professional administrative skillset and, ideally, experience within the Health Industry.

• You will be a proactive professional with strong attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the work day.
• Any experience with Patient Management Systems will be highly desired.

You will also bring;

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
• Strong attention detail
• Strong time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to respect privacy and confidentiality
• Intermediate computer knowledge/ literacy
• Experience within a similar role in a hospital or health care setting will be highly regarded, though not essential

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
