We are seeking a Clinical Business Analyst with strong healthcare experience who will ensure the team is set up for success by identifying and defining needs, opportunities and recommending solutions by facilitating a collaborative approach. The key aspect of this role is to maximise the value delivered to our customers and stakeholders.
This role will suit an experienced Business Analyst who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces ambiguity with a proactive, customer-centric mindset. With a strong ability to shape ideas into actionable requirements, you excel at developing user journeys and business capabilities that enhance customer experiences.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience within large complex environments in the digital domain (with clinical systems such as EMR, EHR, e Referral, PAS Applications).
• Demonstrated experienced in traditional BA responsibilities such as running discovery workshops, facilitating ideation sessions, current state analysis, gap analysis, feasibility analysis and process mapping.
• Confident in progressing project/product concepts through requirements gathering, user journey and business capability mapping.
• Strong experience in digital services and operations.
• Strong experience and background in Health Care settings or similar, working with patient portals, health applications, medical platforms, and systems integration
• Ability to support the translation of the Digital Strategy into a deliverable set of business capabilities, solutions, partner capabilities and services
• Ensure business capability roadmaps are clearly aligned to business objectives.

Desirable

• Experience launching and managing digital products and services across different channels including referral solutions.
• Consulting experience with an aptitude for scoping and proposing solutions to complex problems.
