Merchandising Team Leader

Visual Merchandising position is to provide precision and excellence in merchandising so to promote the highest level of customer service. This position will enable the store to exceed customer expectations and support by meeting the overall store performance levels through look and feel.
What will you be doing?
- Creating and maintaining in-store and shelving displays
- Developing store plans which maximize sales and customer interest
- Ensuring pricing and ticketing accuracy
- Liaising with Store Manager and suppliers
- Reviewing and selecting product ranges to be strategically placed
- Analyzing sales figures and stock holdings
- Adhering to store presentation standards
- A creative approach to Visual Merchandising
- Time management and planning skills are a must
- Proven experience in retail including displays and merchandising
- In depth understanding of the retail and trade
- Product knowledge of tools (preferred but not essential)
- A passion to provide exceptional customer service
- A team player who enjoys working with others
