What We're Looking For: We seek an energetic and a customer-obsessed leader with an experienced in managing motel business to run our 28 rooms motel in Ayr, Queensland. The successful candidate will have previous experience with a combined skillset to oversee both managing and growing the business, and the ability to work autonomously.
Live On-Site/ Full Time Position.
Package:
Annual Salary: $75000 to $83000, Plus superannuation.

• Business acumen and senior leadership experience.
• Resilience under pressure and strong communication skills.
• Manage accounting and Purchasing activities.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Role Requirements:
(Applicants without previous Australian experience will not be considered)

• Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
• High level of computer proficiency including well knowledge and experience using Guest point or similar Property Management System.
• Experience with OTA’s including HRS, Hotel Network, etc.
• Experience with channel manager i.e. Site Minder or similar channel manager.
• Mandatory to have or Willing to obtain Approved Manager License, QLD.
• First Aid certificate.
• Current National Police check.

Qualification and Experience:
A minimum of bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 3 years of experience in similar management role is mandatory.
