The Role:

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Haemodialysis Registered Nurse to join the team at Northern Health.

The Registered Nurse will be accountable for the delivery of quality patient care and outcomes in a manner consistent with the professional code of conduct, legal requirements and organisational policies and procedures, within a framework of continuous quality improvement, and economic resource utilisation.

We have 2 Positions Available and are based at Northern Hospital

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Haemodialysis.
• Thinks critically and analyses nursing practice
• Engages in therapeutic and professional relationships
• Maintains the capability for practice
• Comprehensively conducts assessments
• Develops a plan for nursing practice
• Provides safe, appropriate and responsive quality nursing practice
• Evaluates outcomes to inform nursing practice
