We are currently recruiting a National Account Manager on a 9 month fixed term contract, commencing from January 2025 to support our Consumer Products Division and overseeing the successful growth of this account.
ABOUT THE JOB

Build joint business plans with the account/s and contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
Build, accurate forecasts and achieve the account/s results: turnover, market share, profit.
Prepare and lead account/s negotiations.
Implement division and channel strategy through action plans, ensuring execution and tracking down to store level and sell-out.
Create a retailer-specific development plan and a compelling story to gain retailer buy-in.
Cultivate a deep understanding of customer intelligence and build a strong network with key stakeholders.
Understand and cater to diverse customer profiles, promoting customer-centricity.
Work closely with other departments such as Supply, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless collaboration.

ABOUT YOU

You have previous experience within a similar role, in the beauty category or the FMCG industry.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
Be a natural collaborator with the ability to foster account growth.
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
Showcase great influencing and negotiation skills.
Have the ability to work in partnership with accounts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
