Wilmar Ingredients within Sugar Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join our team in a Permanent, Full-Time capacity, based at our Macquarie Park office in Sydney. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (Northern), this role will play a crucial part in the growth and management of customer accounts within our Wilmar Ingredients business, with a national market focus in Home and Personal Care.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Management of Customers ensuring ongoing business continuity and realisation of growth opportunities
• Implementing strategies to meet budgeted sales and profit targets in your customer portfolios
• Developing new business within the food & beverage, personal/home care and complimentary healthcare developing strong customer relationships in management, R&D, innovation, NPD, purchasing and production.
• Building strong technical knowledge of products and applications
• Developing key strategies for the business in the home and personal care markets through market knowledge and networks, aligned to the Wilmar Ingredients growth strategy

What we're wanting you to bring to the table:
This role is ideally suited to someone with:

• A relevant tertiary qualification relating to key account management
• A minimum 5 years' experience in the Australian Food & Beverage, complimentary healthcare or personal/home care manufacturing
• Expertise and experience in B2B personal and home care markets is preferred
• Experience in direct account management in B2B sales
• A strong commercial acumen
• Experience in NPD and market research
• A proven ability to make new sales and develop good customer relationships
• Be solutions focussed, collaborative and able to think creatively
