Your key responsibilities will include:

• Effective Contractor Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of cleaning contractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality services that meet our standards.
• KPI-Driven Performance: Leverage key performance indicators and regular audits to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency, aligning outcomes with business goals.
• Strategic Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute strategies that expand City FM’s cleaning services across diverse sectors, identifying new growth opportunities.
• Financial Acumen: Manage budgeting, costing, and job scoping, ensuring projects are profitable while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with partners and contractors, enhancing service quality and driving operational success through effective communication and collaboration.

To be considered for this role you will have/be:

• A Tertiary qualification
• Proven experience in multi-site cleaning management, ideally within the retail or shopping center industry.
• Budgeting, costing and job scoping experience
• Proven analytical skills in driving productivity improvements
• Current driver’s license.
