We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Supports Officer/Service Coordinator to join our team full-time and help support our participants' needs.
Role Overview: The NDIS Supports Officer / NDIS Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high-quality support services to NDIS participants by conducting regular check-in calls, verifying shift attendance, and maintaining participant records. This role is vital to our commitment to providing exceptional service and support coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular check-in calls with NDIS participants to confirm shift attendance and ensure service quality.
• Document and maintain accurate records of participant interactions and shift confirmations.
• Collaborate with support workers and service coordinators to address any service delivery issues.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to service coordination and support planning.
• Ensure all activities align with NDIS guidelines and support participant goals.

Skills and Requirements:

• Knowledge of the NDIS Price Guide is essential.
• Preferred experience with plan management, Flowlogic, and the NDIS portal.
• Previous experience in an administrative, support coordination, or community services role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
