Job Description
Are you outgoing, energetic and have a passion for coffee?
Join our Nespresso Brand Ambassador Team for the Holiday Season and represent an Internationally recognised Coffee Brand.
- Christmas Casual position
- Location: The Good Guys Mile End
- Contract Term: 25th November 2024 - 29th December 2024
- Availability: Weekday shifts, with some weekends available during Christmas period (Approx 12-30 hours)
- Opportunity to extend post contract
Your primary focus will be to demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales.
As a Brand Ambassador you will:
- Engage customers through coffee sampling.
- Convert customer engagements into coffee sales.
- Assist customers in finding their perfect machine.
- Drive brand engagement.
- You are high energy and have a passion to work within a team
- Available to work Monday – Sunday and extended trade
- You have impeccable standards of personal grooming
- You excel at communication and relationship building
- Prepare coffee for customers using Nespresso coffee & machines.
- Complete coffee transactions.
- Customer service and relationship building with excellent communication skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of consumables & milk products.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
