Your experience in technology service launches will enable you to identify additional use cases where region-specific services can accelerate customer value. This includes analysing adoption data and churn patterns to evolve how region specific services are taken to market and building programs and guiding marketing on how to respond to maximise adoption.
The role is focused on helping customers, partners and internal sales teams understand the use cases services in specific regions such as lower latency, data residency preference, and cross-region resilience, and get started quickly with accelerated landing zone deployment and workload placement strategies. As the aligned specialist for new service launches, you will help customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Key job responsibilities
- Build specific go-to-market messaging for new region-specific services working closely with marketing, field teams and solution architects;
- Evaluating and improving data on service adoption, feature requests and sales pipeline to improve the go-to-market approach;
- Develop and execute specific programs working closely with internal teams and stakeholders including sales, solution architecture, cloud economics, marketing, & partner teams, professional services, support teams, legal & contract teams, and the AWS service specialist teams;

- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly targets set for region-specific service adoption (pipeline and revenue);
- Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to target attainment for region-specific services, escalating large opportunities at risk;

Discuss the same opportunities with supporting AWS account teams, enterprise support, service specialist teams, cloud economics and partner teams to fine tune proposals and investment strategies. Share updates on product and feature availability and celebrate with the extended team in a collaborative and hybrid working environment.
