Office Administration Assistant

On Board Building Services is a building company located in Illawarra, with an opening position for an administration assistant in our Bellambi office.
The role is 2 -3 days a week - Monday to Wednesday, but days and times are flexible. This role will include tasks such as:
- Managing first point of contact correspondence for clients and suppliers
- Hearing (and resolves issues related to) complaints
- Managing operations tasks, including scheduling in Quote requests and Work Orders
- Data Entry
- Directly assisting Directors and management staff
- Assisting in bookkeeping duties including data entry
- Implementing critical safety procedures, including updating Work Health and Safety Documentation
- Assist in preparing small works contracts
- Planning events and meetings
- Coordinating travel
- Scheduling and managing calendars
- Interfacing with clients, vendors, building management, and employees on a regular basis
- A very keen eye for detail
- Be reliable and efficient. Tasks are time sensitive and require them to be completed within the days of work.
- Expert customer service skills. Your role would require you to communicate regularly with employees, clients and trades.
- Able to handle emails and enquiries professionally and timely
- Ability to work within in a team and assist with other tasks should another team member require.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to travel daily to our office for each shift
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- High School (Year 9-11) (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
