We are the leading all-female crew of property maintenance specialists, and we are currently seeking Cleaners to meet the ever-growing need for our service.

Administrative and Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a new team member who loves helping others. You should be able to make the person who calls us confident that you can help steer them in the right direction and to the person in our team who can best help. You should be able 'lift -up' your team mates and willing to promote their strengths and the workmanship that we offer our clients. We would hope that you have an interest in building and maintenance, gardening and just hard-work. You should be able to know the difference between a clean house and what it takes to make and keep it that way. We hope that you might have worked in Administration before and are a quick learner and that you are reliable person who wants to be employed by a locally founded and managed all-female Company. You should be able to work solo and within a team on varied shifts between Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Office administrative tasks - assisting with phone and email enquiries
  • Assist with Database Management
  • Filing and tracking of various administrative details relating to staff/clients/ products and jobs
  • Assisting our management Teams to run efficiently
  • Assisting with staff scheduling and Customer Relations Management
  • Preparing marketing content that promotes our services across different mediums (brochures, webpages, facebook, internet and print)
  • Being a team player
  • Provide excellent customer service
About YOU:
  • a "Can do' attitude and willingness to learn
  • preferred 6-12 months experience in a similar setting ( or a willingness to learn)
  • a natural enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude
  • impeccable attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Genuine passion for excellent customer service
  • Suitability for NDIS security clearance including Police Check
  • Awareness of OHS and of property/building security and related responsibilities
  • Vaccination (Covid) required
  • Marketing experience and understanding of media and promotions
