Office Administrator/Bookkeeper - Permanent Part-Time
Location: Crawford Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Pay Rate: $28-$32 per hour + super
Hours: 24 hours per week, flexible days and times available
Are you a friendly, outgoing, and positive individual with a knack for office administration and bookkeeping? Crawford Refrigeration & Air Conditioning has an excellent opportunity for an all-rounder to join our supportive team! We're looking for someone who can manage a range of tasks, from admin and bookkeeping to reception duties, in a flexible, part-time role.
Your Responsibilities

• General reception and administration duties
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Account reconciliation
• End-of-month reporting
• HR and payroll support
• OH&S compliance
• Advertising assistance
• General office cleaning

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong computer skills, with a sound knowledge of MYOB
• Experience in bookkeeping
• High attention to detail
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Team player with a can-do attitude
