Office Administrator/Receptionist
FULL TIME & CONTRACT

You will play a key role in providing support across various teams to ensure the daily operations run smoothly. Your main goal will be to coordinate office activities and be the first point of call in meeting and greeting clients/customers.
About the role:
- State of the art facility
- Temp - Perm position
- Monday - Friday 8am starts
- Greet all on site visitors and contractors and ensure all are signed in appropriately
- Ensure every guest and employee receives a warm and inviting experience on arrival
- Respond to any staff queries across the business
- Direct queries to the appropriate area
- General Office Support tasks (laminating, scanning, stationery orders, post office drop off & mail collection)
- Coordinate warehouse truck pick-ups and deliveries
- Work with our Standard Coordinators to ensure vending machines, and coffee and tea stations are replenished and well stocked
- Ensure reception area is clean and well maintained
- Assisting the Wholesale Customer Service team where required
- General data entry and ad hoc duties
- 2+ years in a similar role (warehouse / manufacturing industry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and self motivated
- A friendly and positive can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills with an approachable and energetic nature
- Intermediate skills with MS Office suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Own transport (not accessible by public transport)
Job Types: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm
Pay: $30.00 – $31.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Office administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
- Australia (Preferred)
