Busy Tuition Centre requires An Office Assistant to assist with:
Communication with clients via - Emails, texts, phone.
Communication with staff members - Rostering staff members.
Allocations of receipts to the correct accounts (AR) and payment of invoices (AP).
Marking student workbooks.
Other duties as required...
Requirements: MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
excellent problem solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
***Part time - from $25 ph - TRAINING PROVIDED***
