Introduction:
We are looking for an office manager to support our expanding Brisbane office. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, oversee administrative tasks and processes, provide assistance to the sales team, and help with sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team throughout the sales process, encompassing reservation management, deposit payment processing, contract signing, settlement, and post-settlement customer care.
• Communicate company-related information on behalf of the head office, including updates on policies and information/software changes.
• Be the main point of contact to implement HR driven initiatives from head office
• Provide sales and marketing support, create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content and coordinate copy writing and photography
• Provide administration support, organise and coordinate team events, liaise with suppliers, vendors and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Australian working rights
• demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) in English and Mandarin
