Eco-Farms is one of Australia's top distributors of organic fresh produce. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality fruits and vegetables to our customers. We're growing and are on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our dynamic Picking/Packing team!
What You'll Do:

Handle Fresh Produce: Pick and pack a variety of organic fruits and vegetables to meet our high-quality standards.
Support Warehouse Operations: Assist with stock rotation and organization using a forklift.
Ensure Excellence: Carefully check the quality of produce and maintain top-notch standards in every order.
Stay Safe: Follow safe working practices at all times, ensuring a secure environment for you and your teammates.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Fresh produce experience is a must, ideally in a wholesale setting.
Forklift License: A current license is essential for this role.
Reliability & Work Ethic: We need team members who are dependable and have a strong commitment to their work.
Team Player: Be adaptable, flexible, and ready to work as part of a close-knit team.
Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively within the team.

This Role:
Casual Positions : Hours may vary week to week, Shifts are rostered between , 2 PM - 11 PM Sunday to Thursday.
Candidates must have a valid Forklift Licence

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
