Kidz Biz has been providing exceptional learning opportunities and care to WA families for over 26 years. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time OSHC Coordinator to lead
our dedicated school-based service at Kidz Biz Sport & Recreation Care, providing Before and After School Care, Care on Pupil Free Days and Vacation Care.
About the role:
Working across split shifts to support the service’s operating hours of Monday – Friday 6.30am – 10am and 2pm – 6pm. The dedicated support of an experienced Operations
Manager and a generous resource budget to bring your ideas to life, this role presents an exciting opportunity to make an impact to your community and see the children in your
care thrive!
You will be responsible for;

• Developing and facilitating an engaging child-centred program with the support of your Operations Manager – experiences that incorporate sports, cooking, art &

craft, STEM – whatever you and the children are into!

• Leading and supporting a team of educators and assistants ensuring, a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment within the service.

• Fostering collaborative and positive relationships with parents, students and school staff, recognising the central role the service and your leadership provides within the school community.

• Coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including rostering, administration and compliance tasks with support from your Operations Manager.

About you:
Alongside your passion for working with children and warm engaging nature we are looking for an energetic, people person, with excellent organisation and communication
skills, who enjoys creating a welcoming, respectful environment. You’ll need to have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience working in an Early Childhood our Out of School Care setting.

• Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.

• Hold a valid WA Employee Working with Children’s Check.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Mandatory Reporting, Food Safety certificates.

• Sound understanding of The National Quality Standards and Framework.

• Unrestricted Australian work rights.
