- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, gathering relevant information to create potential sales opportunities.
- Sales: Actively promote and upsell products/services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Data Entry: Accurately log customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve products and services.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
Pay: $27.77 – $30.19 per hour
