What’s the role?
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of client campaigns.
In this role as Partnerships Manager, Media & Implementation, no two days are the same! You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of media agencies and direct clients, across the extensive suite of Sky News assets to help them navigate through the fast-paced live news landscape.
This is a Full Time, 12 Month Contract based in our Macquarie Park office.

In this role as Partnerships Manager, Media & Implementation, no two days are the same! You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of media agencies and direct clients, across the extensive suite of Sky News assets to help them navigate through the fast-paced live news landscape.
This is a Full Time, 12 Month Contract based in our Macquarie Park office.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure that campaigns are thoroughly planned in advance, creating detailed timelines, broadcast schedules, managing client meetings, and updating the client and internal stakeholders regularly throughout the course of all campaigns.

Foster proactive relationships with our sales house, Foxtel Media and internal departments of digital, editorial, creative, promo production and operations to be able to plan and execute in consultation with their requirements, budgets, staff and capabilities.

During campaigns you will ensure all elements are achieved, including the production of integration, agreed social and digital outcomes, supplying the broadcasted content to clients and being the lead point of contact for event operations, and providing regular campaign updates.

In addition to servicing clients with active campaigns, you will also be managing all sales queries and will be expected to liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure we can achieve expected outcomes. This includes proposal writing, rating analysis and clear directive of production opportunities.

Work closely with a coordinator, who will assist you with client monthly reporting, creating WIP documents, documenting integrations for post reports, raising invoices and the creative production of broadcast elements such as billboards and commercials

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
-
Strong interest in news, media, and politics with a broad knowledge base
-
Skilled in creative thinking, problem-solving, and project management
-
Experienced with Microsoft Office, data management, audience rating interpretation, and proposal writing

Solid understanding of media and advertising, including publisher and agency dynamics
-
Experience in media sales (broadcast/digital), strategic brand integration, and project management
-
Thorough knowledge of traditional and digital media channels, including TV, audio, and social platforms

Proficient in pitch writing, presenting, and understanding production processes

Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
-
Personality traits: passionate, creative, adaptable, organized, proactive, and calm under pressure

Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications or Business is desired but not essential
