An excellent opportunity is available for a customer-focused Parts Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients in order to maximise sales potential and increase retention through exceptional service
This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive remuneration package; base, bonuses, phone allowance, fuel, and access to a Toyota vehicle.

Job Description
- Working to the client/prospective client visitation schedule in order to provide optimal levels of service and achieve set targets
- Ensuring responses to client enquiries are prompt
- Working to resolve client complaints within 1 working day
- Documenting order details and placing orders in the appropriate system in a timely and accurate manner
- Striving to continuously improve product and brand knowledge
- Assisting in the parts sales phone room during times of absence or busy period
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Current Australian driver's license
- Proven track record in B2B relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously within documented policies and procedures
