Customer Contact Centre Consultant - Parental Leave Cover

An excellent opportunity is available for a customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Contact Centre Consultant. The successful candidate will be working to increase customer loyalty, advocacy, and retention through meaningful scheduled contact with our customers.
This is a Fixed Term Part-Time role, commencing as soon as possible and ending mid-September 2025. The successful candidate will have the option of working 2 full days a week, or 16 hours spread across the week between Monday - Thursday.
We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 30 years. We’re one of Perth’s biggest Toyota dealerships, supplying and servicing a large variety of commercial, mining, and private customers. Plus, Toyota is Australia's favourite car manufacturer, which means there is always opportunity for growth.
Job Description
- Conducting outbound calls for the dealership with a focus on contacting service customers; including active and at risk customers & re-booking no shows
- Actioning all email correspondence and returned mail where required
- Verifying customer information for database accuracy
- Learning and keeping up to date with Toyota products and key selling points
Desired Skills and Experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously within documented processes and procedures
- Effective time management processes
- Previous experience in the automotive industry desirable however not essential
