• Strategic Development: You’ll be the visionary behind Lexus and Toyota Australia’s DMS development roadmap, crafting and implementing strategies that align with our Franchise of the Future (FOF) objectives. Your work will ensure we stay ahead of the curve and achieve our ambitious goals.
• Expert Advice: Guide managers on DMS policies and standards, keeping an eye on current and future trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate forums to maintain a product backlog aligned with our DMS roadmap, ensuring clear communication of progress and priorities.
• Operational Excellence: Review and implement operational practices to boost part sales and KPI achievement, identifying opportunities and countermeasures.
• Relationship Management: Foster strategic partnerships, resolve complex issues, and improve business processes to support franchise development and expansion.
• Customer Champion: Providing specialist support to our customers, you’ll identify risks and opportunities, improving customer satisfaction and ensuring they get the most out of our DMS.

• Experience: Relevant equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Influence & Negotiation: Strong skills in influencing and negotiation with a strategic mindset.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, with a customer-focused approach.
• Dealer Network Knowledge: Broad understanding of dealer network operations and requirements.
