Job Description
The People and Culture Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of best practice HR initiatives across the employee life cycle whilst cultivating a supportive and inclusive workplace for all employees.

Selection Criteria
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, people and culture, employee relations, industrial relations, or similar roles.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong focus on delivering measurable results and driving continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
- Technical proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office suite, and other relevant software applications. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for HR metrics and reporting.
