When you join the team at ABN Group as the People Business Partner in Victoria, you will be empowered to bring your whole self to work where you can thrive in the day-to-day aspects of your role. Partnering with the whole of business to enable both team member and organisational effectiveness you will be supported to achieve collective goals through open mindsets as well embedded practices, processes, and frameworks.

As a generalist you can apply your skills and experience across a broad spectrum of services including reporting and analytics, org design, ER/IR, change management and workplace health and wellbeing. Not afraid to get into the detail and problem solve, this role sees you bounce between day-to-day operations and advice through to strategic planning and counsel.

Get involved in some of our exciting projects focusing on wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion, and EVP.
