• Providing care and support to our residents using a person-centred approach.
• To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
• To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for assessment and classification.
• To provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Mercy Health
• Participation in the quality process.
• Promoting the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents by partnering with residents to be involved in the meaningful activities.
• Undertake care and documentation to the highest standard.

• Previous experience in Aged Care is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Previous experience in cooking or working in a hospitality environment.

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
• National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
