The Principal Advisor, Regional Services (Pa C) will:
- Provide authoritative strategic and operational advice to regional leaders on a wide range of legislative, policy and procedural issues.
- Oversee governance processes and quality systems for the management of complaints, and internal and external communications in line with the Department's Customer Complaints.
- Management policy and procedure, including reporting and records management.Undertake high level internal reviews of complaints and decisions.
- Manage the preparation of complex reports, submissions and briefs, in accordance with the Department's processes.
- Demonstrate ability to provide high level capability development of school leaders and regional teams in the area of complaint and appeal management with a focus on developing continual improvement strategies.
- Attach a brief resume including contact details for 2 referees (referees should have an understanding of your relevant work history).
- Attach a 2 page statement of how your experience and capabilities meet the requirements of this role.
