Problem Analyst

Some of your responsibilities as a Problem Analyst will include:
- Develop and coordinate quantitative and qualitative analysis and feedback, ensuring appropriate resulting actions are implemented
- Research, develop and document processes and procedures focusing on continual service improvement
- Build and sustain positive and supportive relationships with a network of internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the analysis and reporting of data to develop insights into performance and improvement opportunities for internal processes and customer experience
- Develop and deliver new report requirements, report changes, and ad hoc information as requested by the business
- Provide a single point of co-ordination for problem management to ensure they are effectively identified, analysed, documented, communicated, managed and resolved in line with ITIL practices
- Provide expert and timely advice to management on performance and problem management
- Champion and provide effective high priority 24/7 incident management as required, using industry best practice and service management (ITIL) principles, to ensure rectification activities are appropriate and stakeholders are informed
