About the Role
Roles in Concrete Plants are fast paced and will require you to be a strong problem solver, process driven with a high level of attention to detail. Based on your location, this role may have the flexibility to be based at other Holcim Concrete plants on the Northern Rivers.
As a Production Supervisor, we are looking for a team player who can hit the ground running. Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
• Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
• Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
• Stock management and coordination of deliveries
• Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
• Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation
• Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products
• Full drivers licence and reliable vehicle

About you:

• Be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised,
• Willingness to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture
• Be passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and is results focused
• Have effective communication skills and work under pressure
• Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position
• Driver's license and own transport is essential with front end loader or forklift competency an advantage
• Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening
