Fyfe work with a wide range of clients in the Energy & Resources, Infrastructure and Property sectors to provide high quality, commercially pragmatic solutions with a strong focus on client service and delivery.
Fyfes Energy and Resources Group works with major exploration and distribution clients to deliver specialist oil and gas, mining, hydrogen and renewable energy projects across the country. These include upstream flowlines, leases, network gathering and distribution systems, major gas transmission pipelines, oil and gas above ground processing facilities, as well as maintenance and construction related work programs.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the WA State Manager, the Project Delivery Manager will drive the delivery of multi-disciplined projects and project teams. The role will involve business development, client management, and a high level of involvement in the technical aspects of the projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
In collaboration with the State Manager, you will have commercial responsibility of future profit and strategic growth of the WA business. Other responsibilities include:

In collaboration with the State Manager, you will have commercial responsibility of future profit and strategic growth of the WA business. Other responsibilities include:
- Identification of project opportunities within existing client portfolios and new client opportunities.
- Ensuring projects are correctly budgeted, resourced and delivered within scheduled timeframes.
- Leadership and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
- Actively driving and participating in tender and proposal preparation.
- Preparation of monthly reporting on project performance against budgets.
- Interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders, enhancing Fyfes presence and position within the WA market.
- Bachelor of Engineering, ideally with a background in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering.
- Well connected, driven and ambitious you will be confident in your ability to open doors and drive business development across energy, industry, mining, upstream and downstream oil and gas.
- Demonstrated experience within a consulting environment is highly desirable
- Proven experience in both technical and people management
- Demonstrable history in delivering major projects utilising current best practices
- Demonstrated success in business development and acquisition of clients
- Strong analytical and technical report writing skills
- A strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality of work
