Project Support Officer

- Provide general project administration support services to Project Managers including preparing project documentation, developing/maintaining project budgets and reports in line with project requirements.
- Assist in managing deliverables including coordination of other team members to achieve project objectives and reporting requirements.
- Assist with cashflow reporting and address report variances, forecasting, billing, budget management, and project reconciliation.
- Preparing and reviewing high standard correspondence, briefing notes, submissions, project management reports, procurement papers and other ad hoc activities as required.
- Contribute to the administration to Major Project Detailed Business Cases for complex government infrastructure projects.
- Provide administration support including, secretariat services and reporting for various steering committees within established project frameworks.
- Investigate, analyse and evaluate information from diverse sources including project documents, contracts and legislative / regulatory requirements and provide risk management to project managers on across a broad range of project related issues.
- Develop and maintain a range of program and project reports and registers.
- Assisting the Principal Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to determine attainable fees for services under your control and where necessary, generate the approval for the billing of clients.
- Effective communication and relationships with key project stakeholders, including project managers, program managers, client managers, clients and other internal business units.
- Processing and recording of transactions and key information in corporate systems, including Content Manager, Aurion and in house contracts administration software.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external project stakeholders so as to ensure all Client output, timeline and expenditure targets are meet.
