About the role
As the Quarry Supervisor, you will report directly to the Quarry Manager, This role is responsible for Maintaining production volumes in accordance with the quarry production plan and ensure that the quarry production process is carried out in a cost effective manner with a focus on continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that company safety standards and procedures are achieved
• Staff Supervision
• Maintenance planning and on site improvements
• Assist Quarry Management for site internal and external audits
• Ensure all personnel are inducted and trained for the task they perform
• Operation to comply with environmental objectives
• Actively participate in Safety Improvement Team meetings and encourage
• participation of contractors
• Conduct daily pre start meeting with personnel

About you

• Passion for safety - previous employment in a zero harm environment
• Flexible with hours of work, including weekends to meet the needs of the quarry operations
• Communications skills, ability to deal with stakeholders and customers across a board spectrum
