We're seeking a talented Receptionist to be the friendly face of our Toowoomba Branch and ensure a positive first impression for all customers.

The Role:

As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate parties
Providing administrative & operational support to the Branch team
Maintaining a clean and organised reception and showroom area
Assisting with various office tasks as needed

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred but not required)
