Our Ambassadors key focus is to ensure our clients and guests enjoy a remarkable experience; anticipating their needs – even before they do, saving precious time and enhancing the guest experience.
THE POSITION:
  • Providing high reception and guest services
  • Booking meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
  • Ensure all staff are meeting standards with emails, intranet and phone enquiries
  • Manage and document client feedback
THE PERSON:
  • At least 2+ years experienced in a comparable reception/executive assistant role
  • Excellent communication skills with Impeccable personal presentation
  • Advanced administration skills
  • Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
