Job Title: Registered Migration Agent

Visa Empire, a leading visa consultancy firm, is currently seeking a skilled Registered Migration Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in providing comprehensive immigration advice and services to clients for Employer Sponsored Visas.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' immigration eligibility and provide expert advice on visa options and pathways.
• Prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to immigration regulations and requirements.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and provide informed guidance to clients accordingly.
• Handle complex cases and assist clients in resolving any immigration-related issues or challenges.
• Maintain detailed and organized client records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices in the field of immigration.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Migration Agent.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian immigration laws, regulations, and visa categories.
• Excellent understanding of visa application processes and associated documentation requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client eligibility and determine appropriate visa pathways.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and effectively convey complex information to clients.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for visa application management.
• Full accreditation as a Registered Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
• Commitment to professional development and staying updated with industry changes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
