Job Title: Registered Migration Agent

Visa Empire, a leading visa consultancy firm, is currently seeking a skilled Registered Migration Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in providing comprehensive immigration advice and services to clients for Employer Sponsored Visas.
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' immigration eligibility and provide expert advice on visa options and pathways.
Prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to immigration regulations and requirements.
Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information.
Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and provide informed guidance to clients accordingly.
Handle complex cases and assist clients in resolving any immigration-related issues or challenges.
Maintain detailed and organized client records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices in the field of immigration.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Migration Agent.
In-depth knowledge of Australian immigration laws, regulations, and visa categories.
Excellent understanding of visa application processes and associated documentation requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client eligibility and determine appropriate visa pathways.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and effectively convey complex information to clients.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for visa application management.
Full accreditation as a Registered Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
