Since 2021, new owners have been renovating this iconic destination, and we’re thrilled to announce that it will be rebranded and re-launched in early 2025.
As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for a Receptionist to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic environment and contribute to a major hospitality evolution.
Position: Receptionist
Location: African Reef Resort, Geraldton
Job Type: Full-time Hours: 10-6pm Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
• Manage Reservations: Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and bookings efficiently and professionally.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
• Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed and any issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of guest information and resort transactions, ensuring data integrity.

What You’ll Bring:

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and software, including reservation and office management tools.
• Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of reservations and guest interactions.
