About the Role:
MRG Global is partnering with a well-established restaurant in Busselton, Western Australia, to find a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead front-of-house staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure the restaurant adheres to all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet business targets.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and restaurant growth.
• Team Development: Create a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service.
• Must have working rights in Australia.
