About the Role:
MRG Global is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender staff for a well-established client in Busselton, Western Australia. If you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for working in a dynamic hospitality environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Bartending: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, handle bar equipment, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Table Management: Set up and clear tables, ensure dining areas are clean and organized, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Order Handling: Accurately enter orders into the system, ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, and handle any special requests or dietary needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have working rights in Australia.
